Job Description:

- Prepare, organise and impart training courses to new CSR recruits, new products, retraining, procedural protocols and all contents related with the service and/or product negotiated with the Client. ∙ Monitor and assess the candidates who commence training with a view to becoming CSRs, preparing established assessment reports, reporting the profile evaluated in comparison with the level of knowledge acquired, competences and attitude, both to his/her area head and to HR.

- Supervise and support the performance of the CSRs who join the service, fostering and compensating the shortcomings detected, and reinforcing training for success in the performance of functions, implementing procedures, which favour adaptation to work posts.

- Monitor, analyse and permanently assess performance and results (quality and objectives) obtained by the CSRs at individual and team level, designing action proposals in order to boost performance and, consequently, service results.

- Attend meetings with the Client and receive the required training and information, responsible for being up to date with new procedures, products and services in order to make a correct analysis of training needs and guarantee optimum results in the different training sessions in which he/she participates.

- Present the proposed action plans devised, collaborating with service and training heads, in the preparation of improvement plans defined in order to achieve the professional development of the CSRs and their continuity in the service, with the obtainment of the established objectives.

- Prepare and design, in conjunction with the departments involved, the training manuals and presentations used in the training sessions, and update the training material.

- Collaborate in the preparation of the Yearly Training Plan, with the contribution of the training needs analysed and detected in the service's CSR team, in coordination with the departments involved. ∙ Ensure compliance with the training processes defined by the Company, respecting the established procedures and ensuring the transfer of the Company culture and key values.

What we are looking for:


Professional qualifications/Specific knowledge:

Minimum studies: University diploma or Bachelor Degree.

Minimum 1 year work experience in the same role.

Minimum 2 years in BPO.


Information technology:

Office package: Spreadsheets. Excel. High Level; Word processor. Word. Intermediate-High Level; Presentations. Power Point. Intermediate-High Level; Communication. Email: High Level.

Languages

English: B2/C1
