Job Objective:
To drive, support and sustain Transcom’s learning culture through structured projects and initiatives that contribute to operational performance, organizational effectiveness & transformation, as aligned to Transcom’s vision, mission, values, and strategic goals.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Talent Development & Leadership Effectiveness
1. Manage and facilitate leadership development programs for the region (Internship Program, Continuous Development, Coaching etc), evaluate effectiveness and validate follow through initiatives to ensure continuous development using learning technologies.
2. Conduct developmental needs analysis to identify the critical skills gaps of the region’s leadership profile.
3. Monitor and measure post assessments scores that are correlated in an improvement or decrease in Operational KPI scores.
4. Contribute to the development of global and regional Learning and Development programs to support talent retention and career development.
5. Drive coaching quality through using blended learning sessions that will foster the coaching culture across the region.
6. Coordinate with the Country Heads, Operations Leaders and Regional Functional Heads in driving organisational effectiveness by supporting the talent development requirements of the cluster.
7. Manage the region’s learning community, and serve as the representative to global learning community initiatives.
Talent Assessment
1. Support the region’s administration of talent assessments on core and functional competencies, and other assessment domains to determine readiness and capability vis-à-vis the Transcom Leadership profile.
2. Partner with the Global Learning & Development team and/or accredited vendors in designing and developing talent assessments based on the region’s requirements.
Talent Insights and Analytics
1. Conduct analytics and develop insights from information gathered through diagnostic and assessment tools, including but not limited to employee attrition / retention, performance management, coaching effectiveness, organizational climate, talent readiness, competency assessment, and employee satisfaction / engagement.
2. Communicate results of insights and analysis to key stakeholders, facilitate action planning with leaders, and formulate data driven recommendations and development interventions to address current and emerging issues and trends.
Change Management & Transformation
1. Partner with the region's leadership team in implementing change and transformation initiatives.
2. Contribute to identifying strategies and tools to develop organizational change readiness, support shift in mindsets and behaviors, and contribute to overall organizational effectiveness.
3. Facilitate and implement interventions to help employees manage change and issues resulting from organizational integration, transition, adjustment and other sensitive organizational changes.
What we are looking for:
To be successful in this role you must…
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree preferably related to Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Communications, Human Resources or equivalent experience
- Certifications / Courses in Adult Learning/Teaching Methodology, Postgraduate Studies in Education, Certification in Training and/or Coaching are an advantage
Previous Work Experience:
- 3- 5 years’ experience in Organizational Development, Talent Management / Development, Training & Leadership Development, or Process Improvement
Knowledge & Skill Requirements:
- Working knowledge and background in Organizational Diagnosis, Talent Development, Succession Management, and Organizational Assessment and Analytics
- Proficient in Google Docs, Sheets. Slides, Forms and other Google for Work applications
- Adept in high-impact presentation skills and data storytelling
- Highly competent in effective business, team and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong in client relationship / stakeholder management and project management
