Join our Transcom Family as a Procurement Specialist!

Provides operational support to procurement activities including sourcing, purchasing, vendor coordination, and documentation to ensure efficient and compliant procurement processes.

• Assist in vendor sourcing and quotation gathering

• Maintain vendor database and accreditation records

• Support data gathering and analysis using AI-assisted tools

• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs)

• Track orders and ensure timely delivery

• Coordinate with vendors on order status and concerns

• Ensure completeness of procurement documentation

• Support contract processing and audit requirements

• Monitor stock levels (if applicable)

• Coordinate delivery schedules and logistics

• Assist in resolving invoice discrepancies and payment concerns

• Manage procurement-related documentation and records

• Handle clerical tasks (filing, tracking, reporting)

• Utilize AI tools to assist in document preparation, data entry, and procurement

  reporting

• Respond to procurement-related inquiries from internal teams

• Perform ad-hoc tasks as required
  

What we are looking for:

To be successful in this role you must…

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)

• 1–3 years procurement / admin / purchasing experience

• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred)

• Attention to Detail

• Organization & Time Management

• Communication Skills

• Problem Solving

• Customer Service Orientation

• Basic Digital & AI Tool Proficiency
