Join Transcom as a Customer Service Representative in the Norwegian/Danish market!
Be on the front line of support for clients and deliver impactful work on a company level. In this role you will:
  • Providing B2B and B2C customer support through multiple channels
  • Primarily resolving inquiries via inbound calls
  • Performing backoffice tasks, including responding to emails and chats, and using internal applications
  • Providing support for multiple products across multiple markets

To be successful in this role, the following is needed:
  • C1 or native written and spoken proficiency in Norwegian/Danish
  • B2 level or above written and spoken proficiency in English
  • Availability to work 5 days per week (Saturdays and Sundays included)
  • Availability to work by shift rotation on a 24/7 schedule
  • Good computer skills (required)
  • Ability to generate empathy in written form
  • Analytical mindset to diagnose and troubleshoot issues
  • Ability to manage time and meet goals
