Join Transcom as a Customer Service Representative!
You will support customers of a well-known brand in the financial sector, helping them navigate products and services with confidence. In this role, you will:
  • Handle customer contacts in French via phone, chat and email;
  • Understand customer needs and provide clear and helpful solutions;
  • Respond to inquiries accurately and within agreed timeframes;
  • Guide customers through challenges and resolve issues with a problem solving approach;
  • Work closely with your team to share knowledge and contribute to continuous improvement.

What are we looking for?
To be successful in this role, the following requirements are needed:
  • C1 or native written and spoken proficiency in French;
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to express empathy in text;
  • Good computer skills and confidence working with multiple systems;
  • Analytical mindset to identify root causes and solve them effectively;
  • Active listening skills and strong interpersonal abilities to build rapport;
  • Good time management skills to meet performance goals;
  • Availability to work 5 days per week, including weekends;
  • Positive attitude and genuine motivation to deliver excellent customer service.
