In this role, you will:

  • Lead and develop a customer service team, ensuring strong performance and a high-quality customer experience
  • Coach and support team members through regular 1:1s, feedback, and development conversations
  • Own team performance and ensure delivery against key operational targets and service levels
  • Monitor results and identify opportunities to improve ways of working and team efficiency
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth daily operations and clear alignment on priorities
  • Build a positive, engaged team culture where people can perform and grow

To be successful in this role, the following is needed:

  • At least 3+ years of experience in a contact centre environment
  • At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role as a Team Leader
  • Strong understanding of performance management, coaching, and team development
  • Very good German language skills (minimum C1) and good English skills (minimum B2)
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style to different people and situations
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify issues, and drive solutions
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Confidence working with systems, data, and standard office tools (Google Workspace / MS Office)
  • Strong team orientation with a proactive, responsible, and solution-focused approach
