We're now hiring a key person to fill this role within our Enterprise Systems team!


Join Transcom as a SAP FICO Functional Specialist!


The jobholder will help to improve the workflow within our  financial applications by taking care of its maintenance,  overseeing continuous improvement and deployment. S/he will be part of a highly skilled and experienced team, and will have the support of solid partners who have been collaborating with Transcom for many years. 

In this role you will:


  • Rollout implementations, migrations, process improvements

  • Prepare functional designs for developments and integrations

  • Configure SAP testing & training of end users 

  • Support  the accounting department to identify digitalization opportunities

  • Design and implement solutions with support of external consultants

  • Second level support for FI-CO, MM & SD functions

  • Ensure seamless integration within SAP between modules,other applications & internal custom solutions

  • Commit to maintain data integrity and compliance

To be successful in this role, the following is needed:


  • Strong capability in SAP FI-CO configuration and troubleshooting,

  • A keen eye for process improvement opportunities

  • At least 2 full cycle implementation

  • Experience in S4HANA migration

  • Experience in SAP support and maintenance

  • Fluency in written and spoken English

  • Responsible attitude to work and task completion

  • Patience and ability to work across internal functions

  • Team player


The following would be a great to have:


  • Good knowledge of other SAP modules (MM, SD, TV, HR) integration

  • Experience in Tax Authorities platforms integration - DRC

  • Experience in Banking integration

  • Experience in S4Hana consolidation

  • Experience in digitalization applied to FI-CO, MM and SD scope

  • ABAP IV + Fiori knowledge 

  • Notions of integration technologies (Rest API, web services, SFTP)
