Job Responsibilities:

● Promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
● Build strong relationships with customers through open and interactive communication
● Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs as assigned
● Understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly
● Manage large amounts of interactions through various channels (calls, emails, chat)
● Document all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly
● Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and service offerings
● Handle objections and negotiate effectively to close sales
● Collaborate with the team to maximize customer satisfaction and sales performance
● Follow company procedures and policies in all interactions

What are we looking for:

• Fluent English Speaker: Level B2/C1

• Strong sales and negotiation skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

• Flexibility with rotational shifts (morning & night)
