We are hiring Romanian-Speaking Identification Specialist in Zagreb. If you speak Romanian and have an eye for detail, join our customer experience team. Be the first point of contact for our clients and contribute to work that has a real impact across the company. In this role, you will:
  • Start with training to get familiar with the systems and processes needed for the job
  • Provide customer support and respond to inquiries via video calls in a timely manner
  • Communicate daily in Romanian and English
  • Receive full support from your Team Leader and the entire team
  • Handle requests related to personal data verification via video calls
  • Work from our office in Zagreb

What we are looking for:
  • Romanian language proficiency (C1) and English (B2)
  • Basic computer skills, including MS Office
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Independence, motivation, organization, and a proactive attitude
