Opis

A Junior Resource Planning Analyst is ensuring that the organization's resources are planned and used effectively and efficiently to meet short and long term goals. The Junior Resource Planning Analyst is responsible for forecasting, creating schedules and optimizing resource allocation to ensure bridging the gap between business demand and resource availability. This role involves analyzing historical data, applying and/or developing predictive models, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. The analyst works closely with various departments to ensure resource availability aligns with business needs and customer demand. Therefore, the aim is to be the person that ensures that the right resources are in the right place, at the right time.

Previous experience:

  • External selection: Minimum one year's experience as a Data Analyst/ RTA/ Workforce planner or in the performance of similar functions, and experience in companies belonging to the Contact Centre sector is an advantage.

  • Internal promotion: May originate from the post of Quality Analyst, RTA and/or Team Leader. May also originate from any post if he/she complies with the required profile.


Professional qualifications/Specific knowledge:


  • Minimum studies: Preferably have a University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics or similar. In its absence, knowledge should be demonstrated through extensive experience in the performance of similar functions.

  • Knowledge/Specific training in Data analysis systems and statistics.


Information technology:


  • Google package: Spreadsheets. Excel. High Level; Word. Intermediate-High Level; Presentations. PowerPoint Intermediate-High Level; 

  • Communication. Email: Intermediate/High level.

  • Basic knowledge on WFM software or similar tools used for scheduling, forecasting, and performance monitoring. - Preferred, not mandatory.


Language Requirement: English C1
