Your main responsibilities would be:

• Providing daily mentoring and coaching for team members with the goal of achieving targets and expectations

• Monitoring and evaluating the results and the quality of work and providing prompt feedback

• Analysing and improving current processes

• Ensuring a high degree of motivation in the team

• Taking responsibility for the team's performance and work

• Creating an environment suitable for success by promoting and recognizing each person’s initiatives and efforts

• Successful coordination of tasks and responsibilities to different stakeholders (team members, business manager, client)

• Reporting to the business manager of the project

What are we looking for:

• Knowledge of Portuguese at a minimum C1 level

• Knowledge of English at a minimum B2 level

• Previous experience in team management

• Highly developed communication skills

• Time management and prioritization skills

• Ability to work independently and in a group

• Task prioritization and process optimization skills

• Analytical skills
