The primary objective is to build and maintain a pipeline of qualified local candidates and recruit top talent capable of delivering on the required KPIs for the assigned client at or above targets. This role serves as the liaison between Talent Acquisition leader(s) and site Operations to help execute strategic plans in order to meet growth and attrition requirements.
This role requires a highly motivated and outgoing person with exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
The position requires effective leadership and business execution for the following key focus areas. Additional responsibilities may be added as the needs of the business change and expand:
Manage requisitions and candidates through the full recruiting process from application set up through offer, and then onboarding to ensure completion of the process to the first day of employment
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and hiring managers throughout the entire recruitment process
Assist with the development and maintenance of job descriptions and postings to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly communicated and candidates are assessed against desired criteria for the role
Assist with the development and maintenance of candidate communications, contracts/offer letters, disclosures, internal rosters, and reports
Monitor candidate pipelines and research blocks or problems and make recommendations for improvement
Ensure that all candidates pass the minimum requirements for the role
Document and maintain processes for onsite hiring and onboarding
Develop and maintain training materials and documentation for new onsite recruiters, interviewers, onboarding specialists, and/or temporary resources
Ensure all onsite recruiters, interviewers, onboarding specialists, and temporary support resources are trained for their role
Facilitate monthly calibration sessions with all resources assigned to the front-end of the recruiting process
Provide regular reporting and updates to managers on candidate pipeline, hiring initiatives, onboarding statuses, and metrics
Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times
Continuously review and evaluate the hiring process for needed improvements
Adhere to assigned performance metrics

Qualification and experience
To qualify for this role you must have/be:
High school diploma, or equivalent
5+ years of recruiting experience, with strong focus on onsite hiring (call center hiring, preferred)
A strong network and experience within the Greenville, South Carolina market
Experience planning and managing hiring events
Fluent in the English language, written and verbal
Solid experience with G-Suite and Microsoft applications
Written communication skills: decks, literature, documentation
Presentation skills: confident ability to present professionally with internal and external executives
It will help if you have:
Experience in the Call Center BPO industry, strongly preferred
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (specifically Avature) and social media applications

- At least 18 years or older
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited college/university and/or 3 years of professional experience.
- Able to successfully pass a criminal background check
- Must live within reasonable driving distance of our office located in the Greenville, South Carolina area.
