If your answer is a definite YES, then it looks like we're looking for you! We're on the hunt for a Recruitment Marketing Intern to join our team in Porto, Portugal!

Join us as a Recruitment Marketing Intern!

This 3-month paid internship offers an exciting chance to gain hands-on experience in an international environment. You'll focus on creating captivating content for our social media channels. 

In this role, you'll be instrumental in bringing our employer brand to life by producing engaging content:

• Videos and Reels: Create dynamic short-form and longer videos that highlight our culture and opportunities.

• Testimonials: Capture authentic stories from our employees.

• Copywriting: Craft compelling social media texts.

• Visual storytelling: Develop engaging narratives through images and videos for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

You'll be expected to work from our office 2-3 times a week. This is a part-time position (20-30 hours/week, which we'll finalise together later in the process). There's the possibility to extend the internship after the initial 3 months. 

What we are looking for:

• Currently studying or have a degree in Marketing or a similar field (this is a plus!).

• Experience in photo and video content production.

• Proficiency with graphic design tools like Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, or similar, coupled with a keen eye for design.

• Fluency in English.

• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.

• A portfolio of your previous work (even personal projects count!) is a huge advantage. 

• You're creative, eager to learn, and love collaborating!
