As a customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in providing top-tier customer support, assisting them with inquiries and troubleshooting their issues. Your key responsibilities will include:
Assist customers via multiple channels in both Portuguese and English;
Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries, providing clear solutions and guidance;
Provide empathetic and efficient support, ensuring that customers feel heard and understood;
Handle customer complaints with patience, offering suitable solutions and escalations where necessary;
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and seamless customer experience;
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service issues.
What are we looking for:
Native or fluent in Portuguese (C1+);
Native or fluent in Spanish (C1+);
Advanced knowledge of English (C1+);
Availability to work 5 days per week (including Saturdays & Sundays);
Availability to work 8 hours per day, with shifts from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM;
Availability to work in shifts;
Good computer skills;
Excellent communication skills;
Time management skills with the ability to meet goals and handle multiple customer interactions.
