You will be a crucial part of our clients international team. On a daily basis you’ll work as a bridge between customers and the perfect solution. Your mission will include:

• Support our customers in online identifications;

• Ensure the smooth running of the identification process;

• Provide friendly and professional customer service.

What are we looking for:

• Good knowledge of the german language (level B2);

• Good communication and argumentation skills;

• Customer-oriented and problem-solving;

• Good computer skills;

• Ability to manage time and work through goals.
