Opis

In this role, you will be responsible for leading high-volume end-to-end recruitment processes, to fulfill our Client's requests, while being compliant with Transcom's innovative ways of working, using the ATS system, online assessment tool, and many others. You will be supporting the German and Polish Team, working from Poland (remotely, or in a hybrid model - it depends on you).

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading and planning E2E recruitment processes in Germany and Poland.
  • Planning, organization, and implementation of recruitment measures.
  • Cooperation with external institutions (employment agencies, service providers, etc.).
  • Contacting applicants by telephone and video calls.
  • Organization and implementation of assessment centers.
  • Administrative applicant and new-hire management.
  • Support and implementation of initiatives to attract applicants (e.g. through online campaigns, employee referral programs, external marketing).
  • Investigate market trends and make recommendations to improve recruitment efforts.

We are looking for:

  • Professional experience in the field of recruiting.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Strong written and spoken German and Polish skills (min. C1 is a must).
  • Strong written and spoken English skills (min. B2 is a must).
  • Friendly, confident and proactive appearance.
  • Flexibility, strong communication and social skills.
