Transcom is looking for talented individuals like you to join our awesome team! Be the next Senior FP&A Manager for our Transcom Ayala 30th site.


Join our Transcom Family as a Financial Planning and Analysis Senior Manager!

  •  Partners with operations, client services and workforce in Revenue and direct cost management, budgeting and forecasting
  • Communicates and reports financial outlook and results to key stakeholders including detailed analysis on operational metrics with financial impact
  • Prepares and models data for quarterly forecasting process and annual budgeting exercise of SGA department costs
  • Tracks and flags excess SGA headcount, cost inefficiencies and spending over the budget
  • Performs financial analyses and other adhoc tasks as needed

What we are looking for:

To be successful in this role you must…

  • Intermediate excel and power query skills preferred
  • More than 7 years of FP&A experience preferably in the BPO industry
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to drive cost optimizations
  • Stakeholder management and presentation skills needed
