Transcom is a global community of customer experience experts – nimble, driven, and committed to the brands we serve.  Right now, we’re looking for a Head of Sales (Germany) to help drive our success through strategic business development and growth.  The successful person will lead and mentor  a dedicated team of sales professionals  promoting our BPO core services to key decision makers within local and global brands. At the same time, our next Head of Sales will have their own prospects and will make a significant contribution to the success of the region.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute winning sales strategies

  • Strategic prospect identification

  • Collaboration with Marketing for Lead Generation

  • Building and nurturing strategic prospect relationships

  • Spearheading new client acquisition

  • Offer complex solutions to match client needs

  • Ensure Bid Management alignment with client priorities

  • Laying the foundation for long-term client relationships

  • Leading contract and proposal negotiations

  • Foster a Collaborative and Seamless Transition Process

  • Leading a high performing team of Sales Managers and coordinating regional sales strategy


What are we looking for?


  • Studies in Business Management, Sales & Marketing, STEM or other relevant subjects

  • Proven  experience in: Sales, Marketing or Account Management in the following sectors CX-BPO, leading CX-platform software, CX-consultancy 

  • Knowledge of Google Suite 

  • Experience with popular CRM platforms like Salesforce or similar tools is essential 

  • Familiarity with sales enablement platforms and content management systems such as Seismic, Showpad or Highspot is a bonus

  • Fluency in written and spoken German

  • English verbal and written skills (minimum C2 level)

  • A third European language would be a strong advantage
