The Senior Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the client relationship is strong and that an open flow of communication is established with client leadership. The SOM is in charge of daily operations, strategy and building our culture. Meeting or exceeding performance metrics while nurturing an environment where employees can thrive and grow.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

- Daily, weekly and monthly activities with the cluster to ensure goals are clear, action plans are executed and performance is consistent; regular coaching of OMs

- Preparing and helping leads and OMs practice for WBRs  and MBRs
- Meeting with clients for updates on strategy and plans, help needed, removing roadblocks
- Close coordination with WFM to ensure we hit our B2P requirements without sacrificing quality of work from our employees
- Employee satisfaction by keeping close tabs on the pulse of the floor, initiating activities to drive engagement and a good working environment
- Collaborating and coordinating with Training, Quality and other departments to ensure Operations runs smoothly; set up meetings to make sure there are no roadblocks

Additional Specific Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure client visits go smoothly, properly plan out the agenda together with the BOS team
- Be present for all engagement activities

What we are looking for:

To be successful in this role you must…

Educational Background:
  •  University degree or equivalent higher qualification


Work Experience:

  • Has led an operations team specific to customer service for Adtech or social media platforms that offer advertising and sell merchandise, services or products on their page.

  • Has a keen eye for detail and is able to understand trends from data; can provide insight and is well versed in RCA 

  • Has worked in a performance driven environment

  • Is proficient in dealing with clients, reading the room and understanding what the clients needs are

  • Should be familiar or have exposure to managing teams that help customers with the following: 

  • Ad account creation, settings, deletion, reactivation & monetization.

  • Billing questions from historical information, card inquiries, refunds, cost confusion, billing cycle, coupons & credits, VAT & tax questions.

  • Business Access & accounts - how to create a business account, profile permissions, converting personal to business and vice versa.

  • Shopping - how to set up their shopping experience, set filters, troubleshoot data, help in uploading catalogs.

  • Commerce integrations from Shopify and WooCommerce

  • How to become a verified merchant (blue checkmark)


Skills Requirements:

  • Can manage his/her time effectively and be focused on setting clear objectives and priorities.

  • Excellent communication skills
