Join our Transcom Family as a CX IT Implementation Specialist!
The CX IT Implementation Specialist’s role is to deliver project-like custom implementations of Transcom’s contact centre tools tailored to specific requirements of the Client. These contact center tools are typically cloud-based, third party provided applications. This role is required to configure, test, deploy, and support multiple contact center tools. In order to achieve its goals, this role works closely together with Support teams, Business Analysts, Solution Engineers and the internal client.

Professional qualifications/Specific knowledge:
Minimum studies:
- High School or Technical High School Diploma
- Degree in Computer Science from University or College is a plus
- Work experience in any of the following languages: Python, Golang, MySQL, T-SQL or C++
- Work experience with contact center technologies: dialers, ACD systems is a plus
- Work experience with and sound understanding of relational databases (MS SQL preferred)
- Web Application Development experience with ASP, .NET framework
- Basic understanding of segmented networksWork experience in a policy and process controlled enterprise IT environment
- Microsoft Certification is a plus
- Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) certification is a plus
- ITIL certification is a plus
- Google Suite: Intermediate (power user)
- Microsoft Office: Intermediate (power user)
- Job Specific software: Genesys, Altitude, GoContact, Talkdesk, Zendesk, Avaya experience portal, Parloa, Visual Studio, SSMS, SSIS, Postman
