Join our Transcom Family as a Procurement Officer!

Responsible for end-to-end procurement management of assigned categories, driving cost efficiency, vendor performance, and compliance while supporting business needs through strategic sourcing and stakeholder partnership.

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for assigned categories

• Identify cost optimization opportunities and alternative sourcing options

• Analyze spend data to support category planning and decision-making

• Use AI tools to analyze vendor data, benchmark pricing, and identify sourcing opportunities

• Lead vendor sourcing, evaluation, and accreditation

• Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service level agreements (SLAs)

• Conduct quarterly vendor performance reviews (quality, cost, delivery, service)

• Leverage AI-generated insights to support vendor evaluation and performance tracking

• Oversee and ensure timely processing of Purchase Orders (POs)

• Monitor delivery timelines and resolve supply issues proactively

• Prepare bid analysis, cost comparisons, and award justifications

• Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies and applicable laws

• Manage due diligence and documentation for contract approvals

• Own and deliver procurement savings targets

• Track cost avoidance and efficiency gains

• Partner with business units to understand requirements and timelines

• Provide procurement advisory and ensure service responsiveness

• Drive procurement process improvements and automation initiatives

• Support implementation of AI-driven improvements in procurement workflows

 
What we are looking for:
To be successful in this role you must…

• Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related)

• 3–6+ years procurement/sourcing experience

• Experience in BPO/shared services environment preferred

• Strategic Thinking
