About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Analyst to help ensure that our processes, products, and services maintain the highest standards. You will play a key role in identifying areas for improvement and driving quality initiatives across the organization.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting quality reviews of workflows and processes
  

• Analyzing data and reporting deviations
  

• Recommending and following up on improvement measures
  

• Supporting teams with training in quality standards
  

• Collaborating with other departments to drive improvement initiatives
  
  

We are looking for someone who:

• Has relevant education and experience in quality work or similar roles
  

• Is analytical, structured, and self-driven
  

• Enjoys collaborating, influencing, and improving processes
  

• Has strong communication skills in both English and Swedish
  

• Is proficient in quality tools, Excel, and preferably BI tools
