Your role as a Customer Service Representative


You will provide front-line support for one of the leading digital banks in the Nordic region, which offers a variety of financial products to help customers manage their finances. Your responsibilities will include:


  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Providing efficient, friendly, and professional customer support.
  • Contributing to the success of the project by sharing knowledge, proposing improvements, and working collaboratively with your team.


What we are looking for


  • Proficiency in Finnish (C1 level or native), both written and spoken.
  • Good command of English (B2 level or higher), both written and spoken.
  • Good computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • A solution-oriented mindset with strong multitasking skills.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to stay focused during high-volume periods.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Availability to start on June 2, 2025.
