The WFM Analyst is responsible for forecasting, creating schedules and optimising resource allocation to ensure bridging the gap between business demand and resource availability. Join Transcom as a WFM Analyst!
In this role you will:
Work closely with various departments to ensure resource availability aligns with business needs
Analyse historical data to calculate future workload and resource needs.
Review trends and patterns to identify potential fluctuations
Develop and maintain accurate forecasts of workload and resource requirements
Monitor and adjust forecasts based on changing market conditions and business trends
Schedule resources to tasks and projects based on their skills and availability
Optimise resource allocation to minimise costs and maximise efficiency
Analyse resource availability and identify potential capacity constraints
Develop strategies to address capacity gaps and ensure resource adequacy
Analyse workforce data to identify trends and optimize staffing strategies
Regularly collaborate with stakeholders to gather input and refine the resource planning process

To be successful in this role, the following is needed:
Preferably have a University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics or similar.
Or knowledge should be demonstrated through experience in similar functions
Knowledge/Specific training in Data analysis systems and statistics
Solid working knowledge of Google package
First-class communication skills
Basic knowledge on WFM software or similar tools is preferred
English language at C1 level
A clear focus on results and ownership of tasks
Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
Ability to anticipate needs, prioritise effectively, and maintain a structured approach to their work
A focus on quality with a willingness to learn and implement improvements
Be interested in working as a team
Adaptability and Flexibility: Demonstrate
Capable of following procedures and applying defined rules and actions
The ability to handle multiple demands efficiently, while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
