Join Transcom as an On-site IT Service Delivery Engineer! 

In this role, you'll be responsible for the smooth functioning of our on-site IT structure, guaranteeing our systems are running correctly and providing critical support to our teams.

You will:
  • Administer and maintain our local IT hardware and software.
  • Provide support for all site-specific applications and technologies.
  • Deploy new IT solutions in the region based on specifications from our global IT teams.
  • Ensure all systems comply with Transcom's IT standards and security policies.
  • Manage the local IT infrastructure, including desktops, printers, servers, and the asset inventory.
  • Act as the go-to support for our users, resolving incidents and advising on the correct use of systems.
  • Handle file recovery and implement preventive actions.
  • Maintain technical documentation for the site's infrastructure.

What we are looking for: 
  • A diploma or advanced vocational training in Information Technology.
  • Minimum two years' experience in an IT support or infrastructure role.
  • Experience in administering IT infrastructure (workstations, servers, cabling, backup systems).
  • Strong knowledge of MS Windows operating systems and services (DHCP, DNS, WINS).
  • Good understanding of data networks and IP telephony.
  • Familiarity with Service Desk or Incident Management tools.
  • Fluency in your mother tongue and a C1 level of English.
  • A strong focus on customer service and quality.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A collaborative, teamwork-oriented mindset.
