Join our Transcom Family as a Trainer!

The Trainer will be responsible for equipping new hires and tenured employees with the skills, knowledge, and compliance standards required to deliver an exceptional customer experience in a highly regulated industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate new hire training programs focused on product knowledge, customer service skills, financial regulations, and system navigation.
- Deliver upskilling, cross-training, and refresher sessions to ensure agents stay aligned with evolving FinTech policies and processes.
- Assess learner progress through tests, role-plays, and live monitoring, providing coaching and feedback to ensure readiness.
- Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Client teams to identify performance gaps and develop targeted training interventions.
- Create and update training materials, knowledge bases, and job aids in alignment with client requirements and regulatory changes.
- Track, document, and report on training effectiveness using metrics and feedback analysis.
- Promote a learning culture by engaging and motivating employees through interactive and practical learning methods.

What we are looking for:

To be successful in this role you must…


- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or related field (preferred)

- Minimum 2–3 years of training experience in the BPO industry; FinTech or Financial Services account exposure strongly preferred

- Strong understanding of financial compliance, data privacy, and security standards

- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills

- Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles and skill levels

- Proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)

- Strong interpersonal and motivational skills with the ability to engage diverse groups.
