We are forming a new team for customer support in Scandinavian languages, and we are looking for a new Team Leader who will help us deliver excellent service while supporting, coaching and managing new colleagues.

Your main responsibilities would be:
Providing daily mentoring and coaching for team members with the goal of achieving targets and expectations.
Monitoring and evaluating the results and the quality of work and providing prompt feedback.
Analysing and improving current processes.
Ensuring a high degree of motivation in the team.
Taking responsibility for the team's performance and work.
Creating an environment suitable for success by promoting and recognizing each person’s initiatives and efforts.
Successful coordination of tasks and responsibilities to different stakeholders (team members, business manager, client).
Reporting to the business manager of the project.

What are we looking for?
Excellent knowledge of English language (C1/C2)
Knowledge of any of these languages would be an advantage: Norwegian/Swedish/Danish/Finnish/French/Portuguese/German/Spanish
1+ years of work experience in customer support industry
Prior experience in leading a team in customer service industry would be an advantage
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Ability to analyse and solve complex issues that may require research and creative solutions, making sound decisions with limited supervision
Ability to maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and display professional ethical conduct
Exceptional relationship-building skills and ability to work in a team of peers
