Join us as a Supplier Experience Specialist!

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Daily use of English: provide support to our global network of business partners;

  • Communication with business partners via phone, email, and chat regarding payments, platform logins, product postings, performance, reviews, and onboarding processes;

  • Handling technical requests submitted by business partners;

  • Participation in special projects (e.g., product creation) and collaboration with other teams;



What we’re looking for:

  • Excellent command of English (minimum C1 level);

  • Additional languages such as German, French, Italian, or Spanish are a plus;

  • Advanced computer skills;

  • Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Jira, and CRM systems;

  • Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, or customer support is a plus;

  • Excellent communication skills;

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively;

  • Flexibility and adaptability;
