In this role, you will play a crucial part in protecting & assessing our organization's information assets, systems, and data from evolving cyber threats. You will be responsible for monitoring security systems, responding to incidents, conducting vulnerability and risk assessments, and implementing security best practices to maintain a robust security posture and help reduce overall IT risks.

What we are looking for:

To be successful in this role you must…

● Minimum studies: Degree in technology or computer science preferred but not required

● Experience in the BPO industry is desirable but not a must have

● Specific training and/or work experience in: Minimum 5 years previous experience in IT specific Risk & / or

Compliance is a must have

● Working knowledge of IT risk management, building, carrying out, updating and auditing IT risk assessments

and risks

● Working with key IT & business stakeholders to identify, log and track risks through to mitigation or resolution

Information technology:

● A good general understanding of the components of IT infrastructure including but not limited to end user

computing, networking (LAN & WAN), data centres, telephony and contact centre applications

● Security specific tools such as antivirus suites, security monitoring and alerting, SIEM / SOAR applications
