Tracks and reports on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and workforce dynamics in key markets.
Utilizes data analytics tools and techniques to compile comprehensive market intelligence reports.
Collaborates with internal stakeholders to align market insights with recruitment and business objectives.
Analyzes existing talent pools and internal ATS data to identify hiring patterns, emerging skills, and workforce trends.
Maintains a strong network of industry contacts to gather first-hand market intelligence.
Presents findings through dashboards, presentations, and detailed reports to support strategic decision-making.
Identifies emerging trends in recruitment, talent mobility, and workforce planning to inform business strategies.
Supports sales efforts by providing critical market insights that help explore new languages, candidate profiles, and untapped market opportunities.
What we are looking for:
To be successful in this role you must…
Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Has 2+ years of experience in market research, business intelligence, recruitment analytics, or a related area.
Has experience in competitive intelligence, benchmarking, and trend analysis.
Is familiar with employer branding, recruitment marketing, and candidate experience trends.
Virtual/remote work.
Is proficient in data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) for data visualization and reporting.
Has experience with market intelligence platforms, CRM/ATS systems, and recruitment data sources.
Demonstrates strong research skills, including the use of industry reports, public databases, and surveys.
Is capable of working with large datasets and conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis.
Office package / GSuites: High Level.
