Join Transcom as an Operations Manager As the Operations Manager you will be responsible for the overall management of business units within your Work Center. You’ll ensure operational objectives are achieved, profitability goals are met and teams are motivated and empowered to deliver outstanding results. Responsibilities:
  • Plan and achieve short, medium and long-term goals for each service
  • Prepare, negotiate and manage budgets in line with company policies
  • Monitor operations, identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions
  • Lead and develop teams, ensuring motivation, communication and growth
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Oversee billing, personnel expenses and supplier management
  • Guarantee compliance with KPIs, quality standards and company policies
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business or related field
  • At least 5 years in a similar role managing large teams in a Contact/Call Center, with operational and commercial responsibilities
  • Strong leadership, analytical thinking, adaptability and client orientation
  • Advanced MS Excel; proficient in Work, PowerPoint and email tools
  • Fluent English (other languages are an asset)
