Position: Operations Manager for Business Area Xzakt

Location: Gävle

Reporting: Reporting to Head of Xzakt

We are seeking a Manager with a proven track record in BPO/Outsourcing and customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, a focus on financial performance, and expertise in implementing methodologies such as Six Sigma to optimize processes. This role requires exceptional leadership skills to manage operations with over 300 employees, ensuring clarity, structure, and efficiency in all operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Empower & Inspire: Lead and develop a team of operational leaders, ensuring clarity, structure, and a collaborative environment where everyone thrives.

Strategic Vision: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive operational efficiency, cost reduction, and maximize profitability in a dynamic market.

Client-Centric Focus: Cultivate strong relationships with major client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Innovation Catalyst: Spearhead initiatives related to AI and digital development to ensure our organization remains at the forefront of industry trends.

Financial Acumen: Monitor financial performance and implement measures to achieve budgetary targets, showcasing your ability to navigate complex financial landscapes.

People Champion: Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and accountability, where every employee feels valued and empowered to contribute their best.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA preferred)

  • 7+ years of proven experience in BPO/Outsourcing and customer service management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role

  • Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing teams

  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels

  • Experience or strong interest in AI and digital transformation within the BPO industry
