Transcom is looking for talented individuals like you to join our awesome team! Be the next (Project Based) LMS Administrator for our Transcom Pasig site.

What we are looking for:

To be successful in this role you must…


● Have at least 1–3 years of experience in LMS administration or learning systems support.

● Experience managing users, content, and permissions within a system or database.

● Experience creating basic knowledge checks or quizzes for existing training materials.

● Strong technical aptitude and comfort learning complex systems.

● Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

● Ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain accurate records.

● Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot basic system issues.

● Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize tasks in a regulated environment.


Preferred Qualifications:


● Experience supporting compliance-driven, regulated, or quality-focused environments.

● Experience working with SOPs, controlled documents, or training records.

● Familiarity with healthcare, pharmacy, or manufacturing training systems.

● Experience using ticketing or project tracking tools to manage requests and updates.

● Prior experience administering any LMS or training platform, regardless of vendor.
