Join our Transcom Family as an Avature System Admin!
The System Administrator will provide functional support of the Transcom global Applicant Tracking System. They will be a part of the global Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence. The individual will support our systems, govern process adherence, user access and permissions, training and system maintenance for optimal performance and reporting. This role will look for opportunities to drive innovation and efficiency as well as improvements in the candidate and recruiter experience.
System Support
Serve as system admin for the Avature Talent Acquisition Suite and integrations and other recruiting tools.
Review and action submissions in the global request log.
Support implementation of Avature across Transcom.
Drive ATS development, standards and work cross-functionally to implement automatization and process enhancements.
Obtain expert level knowledge in Avature and serve as a point of contact for local Superusers.
Make recommendations on system use or process enhancements that align to the global TA goals and vision.
Liaise with Avature account manager, Transcom Superusers, and Talent Acquisition leaders, and IT to leverage the know-how and improve data and process adherence in Avature.
Support virtual recruitment process optimization, including standardization of tests, integration in ATS system, sharing best practices across countries.
Process Improvement
Track implementation of new processes and standards and drive completion.
Update and maintain user access and permissions.
Ensure GDPR adherence in the recruiting process
Develop and implement a governance process.
Document processes in structured, easy to digest processes, and guide teams in a smooth implementation.
Develop and deliver training sessions to communicate new processes or system enhancements.
Ensure a smooth and harmonized process across all sites to enable standardized reporting providing and Looker dashboards (built by the BI team)
Liaise with BI and IT teams as needed
Support other Talent Acquisition products
What we are looking for:
To be successful in this role you must…
Prior SysAdmin experience with Avature ATS Suite strongly preferred.
5+ years Talent Acquisition experience with focus on TA technology for large complex global organizations.
Experience with volume hiring in an automated and digitized manner
Ability to communicate clearly in English - writing and verbally. Additional languages are a plus!

Travel may be required
Ability to work hours that align with North America and EMEA.
