We are looking, together with our leader player in mobility client, for a Italian-speaking Customer Support and User Enablement Specialist who enjoys solving problems and has a knack for empowering others.

Join Transcom as a Customer Support and User Enablement Specialist in the Italian market!
  • Be on the front line of support for clients and deliver impactful work on a company level. In this role, you will:
  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries across multiple channels
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide accurate, efficient solutions to user concerns
  • Educate customers on how to maximize their experience with our clients mobility services
  • Identify trends in customer feedback to improve overall service quality and user satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and product usability

To be successful in this role, the following is needed:
  • Native or fluent in Italian (level C1+)
  • Intermediate English proficiency (B2+) written and oral
  • Previous experience in customer support is a plus
  • Availability to work in various shifts, as the department works 24/7 with rotating shifts designed to align with business needs
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, such as empathy and listening
  • Positive attitude and willingness to provide brilliant customer experience
