At the moment, we are looking for a Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Representative to work with our client, who meticulously plans, carefully selects, and delivers everything needed for delicious meals to millions of households in more than ten different countries worldwide.

Join us as a Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Representative!

Be the first line of support for customers and deliver impactful work at a company level. In this role, you will:
  • Become an expert and provide excellent service to our customers
  • Handle customer experience cases administratively through various programs
  • Provide exceptional service exclusively via voice support, ensuring effective communication and assistance for our customers

What are we looking for?
  • Fluency in Dutch (C1 level)
  • Good command of English is an advantage
