Join us as a Spanish and English speaking customer specialist!

In this role, you’ll act as a bridge between customers and solutions. Your mission will include:

  • Provide support through calls, emails and chat on the company’s platforms;

  • Assist clients with inquiries and issues related to their travel experience;

  • Handle both technical and non-technical customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency;

  • Accurately log all client requests and changes.


What are we looking for:

  • Advanced spoken and written Spanish skills (C1+);

  • Intermediate spoken and written English skills (B2+);

  • Availability to work 5 days per week (Saturdays & Sundays included);

  • Availability to work 8 hours per day (from 8h up to 21h following rotating fortnightly schedules);

  • Good computer skills;

  • Ability to generate empathy in written form;

  • Analytical mindset to diagnose & troubleshoot issues;

  • Active listener and strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers;

  • Ability to manage time and meet goals.
