Are you looking for a new challenge? Transcom is hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager!

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for the overall talent acquisition service delivery of all required profiles by collaborating closely with all the departments and key functions, in order to meet growth and attrition requirements. He/She will also act as the primary liaison and point of contact between the business and the Talent Acquisition department. This is a busy and international professional environment that will suit a target-oriented person with a great eye for efficiency and plenty of team spirit.


Functional responsibilities:
  • Implement the EMEA Talent Acquisition strategy to attract and recruit top talents

  • Supporting candidate attraction initiatives including online campaigns, design and production of marketing materials (including production of digital content),

employee referral programs,outdoor marketing, and job fairs
  • Manage and promote Transcom's presence on social media through recruitment advertising, organic and paid campaigns, social media groups,

and community management
  • Lead, oversee and supervise members of the TA team

  • Develop and implement recruitment marketing campaigns to grow a pipeline of active and passive candidates

  • Research market trends, competitor landscape, and potential partnerships to recommend new ways to attract candidates

  • Build solutions to consistently improve efficiency and results

  • Develop and manage strong business relationships with internal hiring managers, internal/external candidates and internal/external vendors such as outside

recruitment/staffing agencies
  • Manage Talent Communities and email marketing campaigns to support hiring targets

  • Coordinate internal Brand Ambassadors Team activities to build brand awareness

  • Optimize job posting strategies and testing of new language in job titles and descriptions to align with business goals and brand messaging

  • Measure, analyze, and report on campaign and source effectiveness to make data-driven recommendations in order to achieve the best results

  • Local budget planning and efficient cost management.

Requirements:

  • Language skills: C1+ English, B2+/C French

  • Solid experience in the same management position

  • Extensive knowledge of recruitment and call centers
