The Talent Acquisition Partner acts across the full recruitment life cycle and is responsible for finding the correct match between Transcom vacancies and candidates.

Join us as a Talent Acquisition Partner in Tirana!

In this role, you will:
  • Implement the cluster Talent Acquisition strategy to attract and recruit top talents
  • Finding the right match between candidate and Transcom via first selection 
  • Coordinating existing and new vacancies (full recruitment life-cycle)
  • Maintaining and improving collaboration with temp / recruitment agencies
  • Supporting improvement in all recruitment steps (search, screen, test, match)
  • Driving candidate attraction and experience proactively
  • Working by KPI driven performance
  • Communicating and collaborating closely with OPS

What we are looking for:
  • University degree;
  • Specific training and/or work experience in Recruitment minimum 3/4 years
  • Applicant Tracking Systems: High Level
  • Fluent English and Italian (a must);
  • Specific training and/or work experience in Recruitment;
  • Effective communication skills;
  • Teamwork;
  • Focus on results on results and quality.
