Join Transcom as a Customer Service Representative!
Provide an excellent customer experience by responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner via phone, email, or chat. You will identify customer needs and deliver effective, solution-oriented support while following established processes, guidelines, and quality standards. In this role, you will work towards both individual and team KPIs, always with a strong focus on maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

To be successful in this role, the following is needed:
⦁ Fluent or native written and spoken proficiency in Danish
⦁ Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, including empathy and active listening
⦁ Ability to quickly absorb information, adapt, and respond to change
⦁ A positive attitude and genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
⦁ Strong computer and system skills
⦁ Ability to work independently in a remote setup

In order to work from home, you will need to have:
⦁ Stable internet connection of at least 10 Mbps or higher
⦁ A quiet and suitable home working environment
