The Recruitment Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and deploying the recruitment marketing strategy for their assigned territory. They will promote the value of working for our company to help us attract great employees who fit our diverse culture. The primary focus of this role is on developing brand awareness, reputation management, social engagement, content marketing strategy and creation, and lead generation in order to attract quality candidates that help local Talent Acquisition Specialists fill jobs faster and easier. This person will also cooperate with the Global Recruitment Marketing Manager and Employee Experience Team.
Functional responsibilities
● Implement EMEA Talent Acquisition strategy to attract and recruit top talents
● Develop and implement recruitment marketing campaigns to grow a pipeline of active and passive candidates
● Supporting candidate attraction initiatives including online campaigns, design and production of marketing materials (including production of digital content), Employee Referral Programs, outdoor marketing, and job fairs
● Manage and promote Transcom's presence on social media through recruitment advertising, organic and paid campaigns, social media groups, and community management
● Research market trends, competitor landscape, and potential partnerships to recommend new ways to attract candidates
● Manage Talent Communities and email marketing campaigns to support hiring targets
● Coordinate internal Brand Ambassadors Team activities to build brand awareness
● Optimize job posting strategies and testing of new language in job titles and descriptions to align with business goals and brand messaging
● Measure, analyze, and report on campaign and source effectiveness to make data-driven recommendations in order to achieve the best results
● Monitor and control the monthly recruitment advertising budget
Profile required :
Professional qualifications/Specific knowledge:
● Minimum studies: University diploma or degree
● Specific training and/or work experience in Recruitment / Recruitment Marketing / Employer Branding
●Language skills : English C / French C
●Strong skills in social media management (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Linkedin) with a solid understanding of Ads Manager and result analysis;●Proficiency with graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop or similar) coupled with a keen eye for design;
●Ability to create visual content that resonates with target audiences, with experience in photography and videography, including strong camera skills. A portfolio of your previous work is a huge advantage;
●Strong copywriting and storytelling skills;
●Data-driven mindset with strong analytical thinking abilities;
●Effective communication skills;
●Strong focus on results and quality.
