You’ll play a critical role in analyzing risks, conducting internal audits, and helping shape security policies that safeguard our operations and clients.

Your key responsibilities:
Support the implementation and maintenance of the Information Security Management System (ISMS)
Perform risk assessments, support audit processes and monitor compliance with internal controls and legal regulations
Draft and review security documentation and procedures in line with Portuguese data protection laws (LOPD) and international standards (ISO 27001/27002)
Conduct internal audits, analyze gaps, and propose corrective actions
Monitor and report on security incidents, fraud risks and mitigation strategies
Ensure that security measures are adapted as systems or regulatory conditions change
Promote awareness of information security across departments and guide adherence to best practices
What we’re looking for:
High school diploma or technical degree (vocational or university background in law, IT or cybersecurity preferred)
Training in data protection and information security (LOPD knowledge is a must)
Knowledge of ISO 27001/27002 standards
Experience in data protection audits, fraud detection or information system compliance
Solid computer skills: Windows OS, Excel, databases, email systems (intermediate to advanced level)
Intermediate English skills (written and oral)
Strong communication, analytical thinking and planning abilities
