Transcom is looking for talented individuals like you to join our awesome team! Be the next Sr. Director/Vice President of Training  for our Transcom Pasig site.


Join our Transcom Family as a Sr. Director/Vice President of Training

The training VP will be responsible for supporting overall PH needs for training and development specific to client-specific training. This role will be responsible for budgets, growing revenue and supporting scale, curriculum development, and influencing stakeholders to ensure we are best-in-class when it comes to industry/vertical practices.

P&L:

  • Support revenue growth by ensuring training throughput is within or above goal, provide inputs to WFM and CS if extra capacity is created in training

  • Track and manage training revenue and costs with FPA based on billable new hire training, upskilling, and trainer to agent ratio.

  • Maximize utilization of training rooms, Trainers, and other resources by participating in planning capacity with WFM and Operations head

  • Work on making the team lean and efficient, and ensure that costs are managed while maintaining employee and client satisfaction

Sales:

  • Support hunting and sales activities by providing solutions input to potential LOBs and insights to existing LOBs on how to improve efficiencies in training

  • Support AI sales by articulating and creating white papers on the impact of tools in training

Curriculum Development and Training Program Development:

  • Evaluate existing training programs and performance and recommend solutions

  • Develop training simulations and evaluate new simulations before sharing it with the client and operations

  • Develop goals and objectives for new sales by working with the clients and the project team

  • Monitor and measure training program effectiveness per program and make improvements if necessary.

  • Design systems that can be shared as value add to our client’s business

  • Keep abreast of industry best practices and new training tools, apply what can be implemented at Transcom

Organizational Responsibilities:

  • Maintain close relationships with other stakeholders, join strategic calls, and ensure that the Transcom Tayo way of working is applied


What we are looking for:

To be successful in this role you must…

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.

  • At least 2 years of VP experience in the related field is required for this position.

  • Preferably a Training and/or Learning Director specializing in BPO/Call Center industry.

  • Experience in handling US campaign/s.

  • Excellent communication skills
