What we are looking for:

To be successful in this role you must…

● Have at least 1–3 years of experience creating training materials or learning content in a professional or operational environment

● Strong visual communication and content organization skills with high attention to detail

● Experience creating job aids, guides, presentations, or assessment materials

● Basic graphic design experience using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent design software

● Ability to follow established templates, brand standards, and design guidelines

● Strong written communication skills and ability to simplify complex information

● Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

● Proficient in Microsoft Offi ce and Google Workspace tools.
