Join our Transcom Family as a Content Manager
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, execution-focused Content Manager to support our internal knowledge base. This role is critical in ensuring frontline teams have access to accurate, clear, and up-to-date information when they need it most. You will be responsible for writing, updating, and maintaining internal knowledge base articles.
You’ll collaborate closely with our internal Enablement and Knowledge Management teams to ensure content follows established standards for tone, structure, and clarity.
Responsibilities
● Revise, and maintain internal knowledge content, including knowledge base articles and macros ● Follow structured templates and voice/tone guidelines to ensure consistency ● Work from feedback, audits, and source documentation to improve clarity and accuracy ● Identify outdated content and support ongoing content hygiene efforts ● Create observation reports based on conversations with SMEs and frontline teams to surface content gaps and clarify documentation needs. ● Track progress and maintain documentation using internal tools like Confluence, Google Workspace, and Jira.
Qualifications
● 2+ years experience in content management, technical writing, or internal knowledge support, ideally in a customer support or enablement setting
● Strong writing skills with a focus on Global English — content must be clear, concise, and easily understood by a global audience
● Experience writing support content such as internal help articles or macros
● Familiarity with Confluence, Zendesk, or similar knowledge/content management platforms
● Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow structured content guidelines
● Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
● Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
Preferred Skills
● Prior experience in a BPO setting or with offshore support teams
● Exposure to knowledge-centered service (KCS) or similar content frameworks
● Experience working with North American or global English-speaking teams
