The key responsibility of this role is to guarantee the integrity around all ESG disclosures, ensuring that the internal processes and procedures are streamlined and the data integrity is high. The ESG controller works closely with the group finance team, but also with the local finance, legal, and reporting teams in all Transcom locations. 



Join us as an Environmental, Social and Governance Controller.


In this role you will:

  • Develop and implement processes and procedures for controlling and reporting of ESG data

  • Perform risk assessments and design internal controls

  • Validate and control ESG data by group functions and entities

  • Support stakeholders and colleagues in the group and different functions with processes, technical assistance (in terms of CSRD and other ESG-related matters) etc.

  • Prepare documentation for the audit and coordinate with external auditors on ESG assurance

  • Monitor and interpret ESG regulations and standards

What we are looking for:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in financial reporting, including experience in ESGF reporting

  • Strong understanding of ESG frameworks and reporting standards

  • Experience with data management and analysis

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • Fluency in written and spoken English

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
