Become our Junior IT Service Delivery Technician!

In this position, you will be the backbone of our site’s technical operations. You will work closely with central IT teams to ensure our infrastructure is seamless, secure, and up to date. Your tasks include:

  • Support & Maintenance: Provide local support for site-specific applications and technologies, including desktops, laptops, servers, and printers.
  • Infrastructure Management: Collaborate on managing hardware/software inventory, cabling, racking, and network services.
  • Security & Compliance: Ensure compliance with organizational IT standards and apply hardware/software security procedures.
  • Proactive Problem Solving: Recover damaged files, implement preventive actions, and assist in maintaining production and administrative applications.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with Global IT Service Delivery to ensure effective first-line support for all users.

What we are looking for:

  • Technical Knowledge: You have experience in IT infrastructure maintenance (HW/SW installation, backup systems, and inventory).
  • Systems Expert: You have a high level of knowledge in MS Windows operating systems and standard services like DHCP, DNS & WINS.
  • Network Savvy: You have a strong understanding of data network technologies, IP telephony, and periphery devices.
  • Digital Tools: You are proficient with Google Apps (High Level) and Microsoft Office (Intermediate).
  • Communication: You have a B1/B2 level of English and can communicate effectively with international teams.
  • Mindset: You are a team player, eager to learn, and ready to take on technical challenges with a positive attitude.
