Join our Transcom Family as a Trainer!


Trainers (Product Specialists) are needed to teach new and existing employees the policies, procedures, skills and knowledge required for the specific campaign. As our next Product Specialist, you will make sure to promote competitive learning and continuous improvement by following the Training Team’s mission and company policies. You help prepare training booklets, administer tests and role-plays, as well as complete daily reports on your training experience. You will also become a company and campaign expert, working with the training team to teach employees what they need to succeed.


What we are looking for:

To be successful in this role you must…


Professional Experience: Minimum of 1 year of dedicated experience as a trainer in a Healthcare Campaign
Facilitation Expertise: Proven track record of delivering engaging, high-impact training sessions to diverse audiences, both in person (classroom) and virtually (via Zoom, Google Suite, etc.)
Adaptability & Dynamic Thinking: Ability to pivot facilitation styles on the fly based on real-time audience feedback, comprehension barriers, or unexpected technical issues.
Adult Learning Principles: Solid foundational knowledge of adult learning theories (e.g., ADDIE framework, Kirkpatrick's levels of evaluation, Gagne’s events of instruction) and their practical application in business environments.
Content Creation: Direct experience developing comprehensive training materials, including facilitator guides, participant workbooks, presentations, and quick-reference guides.
LMS Proficiency: Hands-on experience navigating and managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) for course deployment, attendance tracking, and reporting **Experience to Intellum and Google Suite is a plus
Data & Analytics: Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and evaluate training effectiveness using metrics like post-training performance, assessment scores, and ROI
