Transcom is a global community of customer experience experts – nimble, driven, and committed to the brands we serve. Right now, we’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager for the EMEA region. This person will be the engine behind Transcom's pipeline growth across the EMEA region. This is a pan-EMEA role with no single-country ownership — instead, this person builds and runs the centralised demand generation programmes, paid media campaigns, and marketing automation infrastructure that powers lead flow across all EMEA markets, with particular focus on markets where Transcom has no dedicated country marketer.

This person will work closely with the EMEA Marketing Director, country marketers and the EMEA Sales team turning the EMEA marketing function into a measurable growth engine. Key goals will be to:
- Plan and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns aligned to EMEA business priorities
- Design and manage paid media programmes across LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads for EMEA markets
- Own campaign targeting, creative briefing, budget allocation, and performance optimisation
- Develop a rolling campaign calendar that balances always-on lead gen with campaign bursts around key moments and events
- Implement best digital marketing practices, leveraging automation, analytics, and insights
- Scale marketing automation to improve efficiency and personalisation
- Ensure strong adoption and usage of Salesforce, marketing automation tools, and sales enablement platforms
- Own EMEA marketing performance dashboards — MQL volume, pipeline velocity, CAC, ROMI, and conversion rates
- Provide regular, clear reporting to the EMEA Marketing Director and sales stakeholders
- Manage the EMEA marketing automation stack — Salesforce Marketing Cloud — ensuring it is properly configured, maintained, and optimised, in collaboration with the Corporate Marketing Team
- Build and manage lifecycle nurture programmes that move leads through the funnel efficiently
- Ensure data hygiene, lead routing, and scoring are working correctly across the EMEA pipeline
- Align with the existing marketing framework that ensures consistent lead generation, sales alignment, and brand recognition

To be successful in this role, the following is needed:
- +6 years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or digital marketing
- Proven track record in paid media management — LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads are essential with demonstrable ROI results
- Hands-on experience with ABM strategy and execution are nice to have
- Strong marketing automation experience — Salesforce Marketing Cloud at enterprise level.
- Experience in BPO, CX, technology services, or a similar B2B services environment is a strong advantage
- Experience working across multiple EMEA markets in a pan-regional or global role
- Ability to connect marketing activities with business outcomes
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives at once
- English verbal and written: C2
- Additional Language skills: Proficiency in Italian would be an advantage, or another European language (French, German)
- Comfortable with a high pace and evolving priorities
