Transcom is looking for a Italian-speaking Customer Support Specialist to support an international client, where you will be responsible for managing customer orders and providing high-quality support through inbound and backoffice channels.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring a seamless customer journey, from order management to issue resolution.

Join Transcom as a Customer Support Specialist!
Be part of a customer-focused operation, combining inbound support and backoffice tasks. In this role, you will:
  • Manage and follow up on customer orders;
  • Handle inbound customer contacts via different channels;
  • Perform backoffice activities related to order processing and customer requests;
  • Provide clear and accurate information to customers;
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and efficient support.

To be successful in this role, the following is needed:
  • Fluency in Italian (spoken and written);
  • Good verbal and written communication skills;
  • Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving attitude;
  • Good computer skills and confidence using digital tools;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively;
  • Strong time management and organizational skills;
  • Availability to work rotating shifts between 07:00 and 17:00.
